Botswana

Our house boat on the Okavango Delta.

Crocodiles on the bank of the Chobe River.

Only the hippos eyes were exposed above the water at sunset.

Skilled boatsmen stand on the back of the Mokoro dugout canoes and manauver through the tall grasses of the Okavango Delta.

Purple, pink and white lillies were abundant in the shallow waters of the delta.

Girls at a primary school were excited to see themselves on the back of the digital camera.

A clinic we visited where women and children are tested and treated primarily for TB, HIV and malaria. There is only 1 doctor in the village.

A successful kill by wild painted dogs - themselves an endangered species in Africa.

Enjoying a scotch at sunset on the deck of the houseboat.
